These terms cover your use of Neetrix accounts, processing jobs, digital downloads and licensed software. Product-specific compatibility, pricing and license limits shown before purchase form part of the deal for that purchase.
Your account
Use accurate account information and keep your password, authenticator and recovery codes private. You are responsible for activity performed through your active sessions and connected installations until you revoke them or tell us about an account-security problem. Do not share access in a way that bypasses a product's stated user, server or seat limits.
Files and software you submit
Only submit files or software that you own or are authorized to analyze, protect or operate. You keep your rights in material you submit. You give Neetrix only the permission needed to store, process and deliver that material for the requested service, plus the limited retention described in the Privacy notice.
Decompiler jobs
A decompiler quote is tied to the uploaded file and the selected job. The price is shown before payment. Decompilation is reconstruction, not access to the original source repository: original comments, local names and exact source structure may not exist in the compiled file. A result can therefore be complete, partial, unsupported or stopped by a technical limit. A paid result remains associated with the purchasing account; a different file or a new processing job receives its own quote.
Digital products and licenses
A product page states what the release includes, its price, compatibility and any activation or server-seat limits. Unless a page explicitly says otherwise, buying Neetrix software gives you a license to use that release; it does not transfer ownership of Neetrix source code, trademarks or other intellectual property. Licensed releases may require activation and may support revocation or transfer when a server is replaced.
Prices, payment and delivery
The amount and currency shown at checkout are the amount you authorize. Access is granted only after the payment provider confirms the payment. If an order is duplicated, charged incorrectly, not delivered, or a paid service fails on our side, the Refund policy explains how we handle it.
Acceptable use
Neetrix is not permission to access somebody else's systems or code. Do not use the service to distribute malware, attack infrastructure, evade access controls you are not authorized to bypass, or violate third-party rights. The Acceptable Use Policy gives the practical rules.
Service changes and availability
We may update software, supported platforms and service limits as releases change. Maintenance, provider failures or security incidents can temporarily interrupt access. We do not promise that every compiled input can be reconstructed or that every future game/framework version will remain compatible. Compatibility promised for a specific paid release is handled according to that release and the Refund Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account, session, installation or order when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, a payment dispute or a security incident. We may terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these terms. Refunds, if any, are still governed by applicable law and the Refund Policy rather than by the suspension itself.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms removes consumer, privacy or other rights that the law applicable to your purchase says cannot be waived. Where these terms conflict with such a mandatory right, that mandatory right controls.
Questions and support
Use Support tickets for account, technical, product, billing and refund issues. Never place passwords, recovery codes, private keys or server credentials in a ticket.
