Neetrix uses the data needed to run your account, deliver purchases and processing jobs, provide support and protect the service. We do not sell account data or submitted files to advertisers.
Account data
We store your email address, optional display name, account status, verified email state and security settings. Passwords are stored as password hashes, not readable passwords. Session and recovery credentials are stored in forms designed for verification rather than display back to staff or users.
Orders, licenses and support
We keep the order, payment status, product access, license/server-seat state, job history and support messages needed to deliver what you bought and to resolve billing or technical problems. Payment providers process their own payment details; Neetrix keeps the identifiers and status information needed to match a provider payment to the correct internal order.
Uploaded files and generated results
Files submitted for decompilation or protection and the results produced from them are private service data. They are processed only to perform the requested job, provide later account access/downloads, investigate abuse or service failures when necessary, and apply the relevant retention/deletion rules. They are not published as part of the storefront.
Trace data
When you pair a licensed Trace server, Neetrix stores the account/server relationship and the bounded runtime data needed by the Trace panel. Do not use Trace to collect data you are not entitled to observe on the server you operate.
Security and diagnostic data
We process limited request, browser, session and network information for authentication, rate limiting, fraud prevention and security investigation. Ordinary administrative audit views use a coarse network prefix rather than presenting a full visitor IP address. Security providers may independently process connection data when filtering traffic or verifying a human request.
Service providers
Infrastructure, email, anti-abuse and payment providers receive only the information required for their role. Those providers can maintain their own operational or legally required records under their terms. Neetrix does not give a payment provider access to uploaded plugin files merely to process a checkout.
Retention and deletion
Different records have different lifetimes. Short-lived verification and download tokens expire quickly; active account and purchase records remain while needed to provide the service. You can schedule account deletion in Account → Settings. Private data no longer needed is removed by that process, while payment, fraud-prevention, security or legal records may be kept for a longer period where reasonably or legally required.
Your requests
Use a Support ticket for questions about your account data, correction or deletion. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting on a request. Mandatory privacy rights that apply to you are not limited by this notice.
